We stepped in to help strategize. The firm was challenged by customer service issues; our client has the insights to help guide the firm toward solutions. After several calls and in-person meetings that explored different options (workshops, presentations, consulting sessions, a combination of a few or all), we helped both sides realize the benefit of an ongoing, intimate advisory relationship. An initial one-year agreement was signed and the arrangement was a success. In fact, it worked so well, the advisory services relationship is now in its second year.
