Over the last 30-plus years, she has experienced her fair share of change and believes the ability to adapt without sacrificing integrity – while helping clients and colleagues do the same – has helped her, and the agency, thrive. As president, Susan regularly consults on the strategic direction of client programming and ensures the firm’s core values are embedded in all aspects of the business. A strong and empathic leader, she most enjoys spotting the potential in people, and giving them the “space to stretch” and experiment to fulfill their promise. It’s a passion that carries to her personal life, as well, and her love for children. “You just never know where they will go.”

From advising individuals on their career paths to representing book authors to consulting for large corporations, Danny helps clients find and project the distinct voice needed to build thought leadership and disrupt industries. With deep roots in the lecture business, he has collaborated with leading visionaries and change agents shaping the future of business and welfare of the world. As managing director, Danny leads the firm’s work with speakers and authorities, and provides high-level strategy and counsel. Of all his accomplishments, he is most proud of his two daughters, though he is quick not to take credit for their accomplishments. He is constantly amazed by their determination and risk-taking – two attributes he values.

With a decade at Stern, Ned has had the opportunity to counsel – and learn from – some of the brightest minds in business. A lifelong student, he is always searching for new ways to hone his craft by applying insights and ideas from outside sources. He says inspiration can come from anywhere in the world – from his young children to emerging start-ups to more established brands – which he constantly draws on to infuse creativity into client programming. His pragmatic leadership style combines with strategic thinking to effectively connect clients with top-tier media, conferences and industry influencers.
